We ship from our distribution centers in California. Orders placed after 1PM PST will ship out the next business day. Shipping times vary for each destination. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days, through the United States Post Service, once the order is submitted successfully online. At that time, you will receive your order number via email and another email will follow with tracking number details a few hours after the item leaves our facility. Transit times start when your package leaves our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable.
