Be sure to specify shipping costs and related service charges in your listings For USA destinations, no other fees related to shipping, handling, or packaging can be charged.
We ship from our distribution centers in California. Orders placed after 1PM PST will ship out the next business day. Shipping times vary for each destination. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days, through the United States Post Service, once the order is submitted successfully online. Our orders are imported every few hours into our internal processing system. At that time, you will receive your order number via email and another email will follow with tracking number details a few hours after the item leaves our facility. Transit times start when your package leaves our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable. Tracking emails are sent M-F night from our internal system from firstname.lastname@example.org. You may view the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history or by clicking the 'Track Order Link' in your order confirmation email.
Return PolicyUNOPENED MERCHANDISE
Unopened products may be returned within a month of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.
We do not accept returns on opened merchandise. A defected item may be returned within 1 week of purchase for a replacement or partial refund of the purchase price. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us at (310) 751-0318 M-F 9am-5pm PST to set up a replacement or return.
Shipping and handling costsCustomers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return. If a package is returned due to a 'insufficient address' or incorrect address as entered by the customer, there is a re-delivery and handling charge to return the package to the buyer, that must be paid prior to re-delivery to the correct address.
