How many capsules per bottle & how many do I take a day?
All of our bottles contain 30 or 60 capsules per bottle. You take 2 capsules per day. Each bottle is either a 2 week or 1-month supply.
How do I take the product?
You take the product twice per day, at two separate meals per day 30 minutes prior to eating ( Empty Stomach Required). Users MUST take the 1st capsule 30 minutes prior to eating breakfast (REQUIRED) and take another 1 capsule 30 minutes before either eating lunch or dinner.
Do I need to take anything else when taking Garcinia Cambogia?
No. Our detox colon cleanse is not required when taking Garcinia Cambogia or Forskolin, but some wish to use it for the first 2 weeks as described.

What is H. C. A?
Known as Hydroxycitric Acid, it is the key element in Garcinia Cambogia supplements which works in two ways to promote weight loss:

How large are the caps? I sometimes have difficulty swallowing large pills.
The capsules range from 125-750mg each, depending on the type of product. If you have a difficult time swallowing you may break the capsule, as it contains a powder, in a small cup of water and drink it. We always recommend swallowing as a whole, but breaking the capsule is another to option.
