Okay, I've only been on this for two weeks but I've noticed a HUGE difference! I haven't altered my diet much and have lost 7 pounds. There's no unpleasant aftertaste or any side effect. Excellent weight loss supplement
Taking this supplement eventually I started taking it twice per day since its recommended for weight loss. It worked incredibly well after the 2nd week I was on it. I'm back to my normal weight 160 now, last year being almost 200 pounds I felt I need something to give me an extra boost and help relieve hunger cravings. Excellent weight loss supplement in my opinion its the better option compared to some other products I've tried, and believe me I've tired a few!
