I started these pills on 6/5/15 and today is 7/6/15 and I've lost 7 lbs. I never expected such fast results, but I did have a healthier diet and I did exercise when I took this. I took one in the morning and one before lunch. Then I eat, roughly 30 minutes before I eat from the instructions. Better than I thought

Better than I thought
Reading the reviews motivated me to try this product, but I really was not expecting to lose that much weight. I took 2 capsules a day and my cravings for sugar have decreased. Certainly better than most of the brands out there
The difference between this product and other brands is obvious even after using it for a few days. My wife has another brand in the medicine cabinet and it never helps me feel “full”. So far I am impressed with this product as it helps me eat less. -
